Jayde & Clay earrings are handmade from polymer clay and are extremely light.
Due to these earrings being handmade, slight imperfections may occur, such as
small air bubbles, color variance and/or light markings. None of these take
away from the way the earrings function or the beauty of them. All earrings are
made with either silver or gold plated posts/wire and are lead and nickel free.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING

All orders are packed with crinkle paper to ensure protection and are packaged
in small shipping boxes. A USPS First Class Mail tracking number will be
messaged to you within 3-5 business days.

Please note that COVID-19 has caused slower shipping times and poor tracking.

CARE

Polymer Clay is very durable & lightweIght, but should Be handled with care.
If your earrings get dirty, you can use soap and water on a soft cloth or
acetone and a q-tip to gently clean the surface. Avoid prolonged exposure to
water such as swimming or bathing. Also, avoid harsh chemicals such as jewelry
cleaners, perfume, etc... If your earrings have a resin coating on them, use
a gentle soap with water or a baby wipe to clean them.
